Ibis Casablanca City Center

The room on the 10th floor had an interesting view of the docks. The location was perfect for exploring, with Rick's Cafe and the Medina within walking distance.

The location near Casa Port train station offers easy access to transportation and prime attractions. The breakfast options are decent, available from 4am to noon.

The rooms lack conveniences like slippers, extra towels, and coffee machines. Only a single soap bar provided. Cleanliness falls short, especially in the restaurant area with dirty seats, and the shower seals need attention. Noise from corridors and outside disrupts the sleep quality.

Hotel is just opposite the Train Station Casa Port.

It was not possible to turn the ventilation in the bathroom off. This was a little bit noise in the night... Be Carefull, they charge more on the bill than they said before on this website!!!

Courteous and polite staff, as it had to be.

I was charged full price from the hotel on checkout, they said the voucher was for reservations only. Please help with having the charges reversed. I classed the value as poor due to having to pay double

On top of that, they didn't even provide enough towels-can you imagine? As a guest, I thought I would receive at least a complimentary upgrade after all this inconvenience, but alas, I was left disappointed.

The staff were helpful, especially Fettah, who made my check-in process smooth and cute. The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the hotel's prime location, just a short walk to everything I wanted to explore.

Limited dining options.

The staff was courteous and helpful. All the Ibis hotels in Morocco are located across from the train station which is very convenient. They have an excellent train service in Morocco.

The only negative experience is that we thought breakfast was included in the rate based on the advertisement online but later found out on our bill that it was not.

Good breakfest but for extra payment

This is standart IBIS plastic solution facing busy Casablanca street opposite to railway station. Cleanliness of the room was really below standart!

I stayed in a place that offered a nice breakfast with a variety of food choices that started early. The location was great. I had an issue when I needed help with the air conditioning. The staff seemed impatient and did not resolve my concern for a comfortable night's sleep.

everything was good, attentive staff, magnificent views of atlantic ocean. the location was magnificent and perfect, next to the train station, if you need it. local fast food option sojou was 10 minutes walk away.

Standard typical for Ibis Hotels. Rooms were simple, but clean. Bathroom was OK too. Very central location, close to the Medina. The staff was helpful and friendly despite our late arrival. We did not have breakfast, so cannot judge its quality.

Rooms are heading towards a busy and loud street and industrial harbour. Windows are isolated but it is noisy when they are open.
